Paramount Plumbing's TCP (text communication program) is a text message service that provides SMS/MMS communications before, during and after a service is provided to you. The messages include booking confirmations (for example, Thank you for booking your appointment with Paramount Plumbing for this date/time), appointment or estimate reminders (for example, this is your appointment reminder for your scheduled appointment tomorrow date/time), dispatch notifications (for example, Your technician will be arriving in 30 minutes) and follow-up surveys of completed jobs (for example, please rate your experience). SMS/MMS text messages will be sent using automated technology as well as manually sent SMS/MMS Text messages approx. 2-5 per service request / month. The frequency of messages may vary based on the quantity of services provided.
Data Collection:
Information collected for purposes of Paramount Plumbing's TCP (text communication program) is name, email address, phone number and physical address and inquiry request for services or support.
Collection of data is provided via an online form and submitted to our system via email or separately by phone call or email.
The data we collected will be used for communication via phone call, sending and receiving emails or via SMS/MMS text messaging if you have chosen to OPT-IN for the Paramount Plumbing TCP (text communication program).
Data Protection and Third Parties:
Your data is maintained on a daily basis in our main office and is only accessed by our in-house office personnel and the specific field operative necessary to provide you the specific services requested.
Your data is only shared by us with ServiceTitan as a third party that provides the primary infrastructure of our day to day operations system. We do not share your data with any other third party for marketing purposes beyond ServiceTitan.

OPT-OUT and HELP
You may OPT-OUT of Paramount Plumbing's TCP (SMS/MMS text messages) at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message received by Paramount Plumbing and you will be automatically unsubscribed from further text notifications.
